As Principal Consultant for HRx, I drive business development, manage business functions and actively recruit with passion all because of the relationships I've built over the years. I truly love what I do and the people we work with! With over 20 years of HR experience I've had the opportunity to immerse myself in all sectors of the discipline and look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with your organization. I have experience with everything from Fortune 500 companies to small nonprofits and will be happy to work with you to tailor a plan to meet your needs.

I am a graduate of Syracuse University where I majored in Classical Civilizations and minored in Fine Arts. For the past 9 years I have participated in Cycle for Survival and prior to that have completed the Walk for Hunger and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer many times. I live in Massachusetts with my husband and three kids.

Prior to my work with HRx I was a HR Generalist for a privately owned publishing company in Boston, MA.  In this role I had my hands in all aspects of Human Resources and loved every minute of it.  No two days are the same when working in HR and that is what excites me!  Before starting my career in Human Resources I worked in Internal Sales for a large Financial Company.  My experiences with both privately owned and public companies both large and small helps me to understand your unique organization.

I have a Masters of Science in Human Resources from Suffolk University and a Bachelors in Sociology from Assumption College.  While at Assumption I spent a semester abroad at the University of Wollongong in Australia. 

I currently live in Massachusetts with my husband, daughter and cat. When I’m not working or being a Mom I love to experiment in the kitchen, go sailing, read and spend time with my family and friends.
